FAQs - New $250 Membership


This new membership sounds great, but what do I have to do to switch over my account to the $250 membership?

Nothing! We’ve got you. If you are a current part-time or full-time member Annie will take care of migrating you to the new package and pricing. If you are a Priscilla or have a dedicated desk, your membership will remain unchanged, unless we hear from you.

When does this new package and pricing take effect?

The new membership pricing and full-time access takes effect September 1, 2019.

Do I still need to check-in at the front desk if I’m not tracking hours anymore?

Yes, please. We need to know how many members are on-site at all times for safety reasons.

I noticed that the large conference room wasn’t listed above for use with my new conference room credits.

You can still book the large conference room but not via membership credits. The hourly rate for the large conference room is $35 for members and $70 for non-members. All conference rooms can be booked the same way as before, through your membership portal. Your account will be invoiced for any conference room fees.

What if I need more than the 3 hours of free conference room credits? Can I buy more?

Yes, and the good news is that conference room booking fees are lower now! If you exceed your monthly credits, you can book the medium conference room, near the kitchen, for $15/hr and the small conference room, near the front desk, for $5/hour. Any conference room booking fees will be automatically invoiced to your account.

So to get this straight, I now have full-time access? No more counting hours per month?

Yep, that’s right. You can come into Sphere as much as you want between the hours of 8:00 AM–5:30 PM Monday–Friday!

I noticed there's a change to printing fees. Could you explain more about that?

Your $250 membership includes free printing for 20 black and white pages per month. Additional pages will be charged to your account at $.08/page for black and white and 0.15/page for color prints. We also offer a new printing package. If you have regular printing needs, check in with Carrie at the front desk for additional information.
