Our Fitness Classes
Sculpt and flow is a strength training class that works all major muscle groups. The class begins with a warmup and then moves into a vinyasa style yoga flow, using light weights and some cardio to challenge the whole body.
A comforting balm for mind, body, and soul. In this class, we will tap into the energy of mama earth and the elements, and mama moon and the cosmos, to help guide and balance us. Yoga can be transformative when you honor where you are, and remember your power to recreate in any moment. This class offers a safe and loving space for you to come as you are, and get what you need. Modifications and options to level up are offered.
A powerful, full body workout. This class combines upper-body and lower-body power moves designed to tone muscle while building stamina and endurance. Think core x 10, mixed with a variety of other exercises that result in strong, long, lean, muscles. In this music-driven class, we will use bands, blocks, loops and gliders, and workout to a fun and eclectic playlist. Expect a little house music, some old school, and modern R & B.
A full body workout with easy-to-follow choreography and soulful music, you’ll almost forget that you’re lunging, squatting and doing pushups. Almost. SolStrong helps you strengthen your muscles for daily life, find your inner grit, and deepen your relationship with your body. You’ll leave class feeling grounded, powerful, and ready for whatever life throws at you.
A sweaty 45 min cardio/core class. You can expect lots of muscle burn, body weight exercises, and cardio intensity. Exercises are linked together - there will be moments of all-out intensity, along with periods of rest. Fast but not furious, this is a class you will love. You'll find FIRE on the schedule Fridays at 4p to start your weekend right.
Root rock is freedom of movement! This class challenges you to get into your body and explore new ways of expression. Set to a juicy and hard-hitting Afro/Caribbean playlist we start class with a feel-good warm up, ramp up and stay up, and leave feeling alive, sweaty and strong. We take rooted movement to build strength and coordination while using upper body extensions to create expression and flexibility in the body and soul. Come dance, sweat, push and play!
