Nicolette is a Cosmic Goddess and a Bay Area Native. I am all about diving deep into the mysteries of the universe and enjoying this wild ride via a human flesh suit. My teaching, offerings & movement are inspired by asking myself what do I need right now - How I can accept where I'm at and perhaps find more joy, flow, ease, authentic connection in this moment, in this life. I adore variety and learning new things so you'll experience that in the safe space I create. I invite everyone to be seen, to feel more vibrant and safe to shine their own unique light in the world.

Heather started teaching aerobics at the age of 18! Complete with leg warmers and leotards, she loved to move, dance, de-stress and soon realized exercise was the gateway to a more balanced life. Fast forward 30 years and 2 kids later, she’s thrilled to still be teaching and living a strong, (semi) balanced life. She grew up in a sports fanatical family in Minneapolis and took her love of athletics and movement onto a yoga mat and into other areas of fitness. Currently, she teaches at The Dailey Method and last year she developed a class called FITT and FIRE - she believes in the benefits of burn and the joy of movement. She also is so excited to lead the Fitness and Wellness program at Sphere.
